Officially Day 1. I started out by weighing myself. Thoroughly hated it and of course felt bad about it.

But here we go:
Weight: 259.8
Yep, not so good. Lets try to work on that. Also, I woke up today and thought ok, its a new day. I haven’t put anything in my mouth yet, so I am still at ground zero. Lets make it work. So far I have eaten this:
Food:
Breakfast: 5 Sausage Egg Cheese snackers, coffee w/cream
Snack: Some carrot sticks
I am hungry and I would love to eat something horrible, but I am trying hard to focus. I have drank some water. Small goals. I want to look good and be healthy.
Lunch: Starving right now….going to make something to eat 🙂 Ok, so I had a Healthy Choice Country Herb Chicken. I gotta find better shit to eat. It sucked. The only thing that was good was the dessert which was some fruit that was like melded together. Sort of apple pie-y but different kinds of fruit. I could have eaten a whole tray of that shit. Well I still have some pretzels and carrots and bapples (apples but my son says it this way) left, so I will nosh on those for a bit.
I knew I would be hungry, but i still don’t like the feeling of being hungry. But who does? NOT being hungry is what got me started here in the first place. I really went all out when the husband was gone. I had a large box of the little debbie swiss cake rolls. Damn those fuckers are good. I think I ate like 3 a day – maybe 4. Then yesterday I ate a whole cadbury fruit and nut bar. USUALLY a normal person will eat a row…i ate the whole fucking thing. It was delicious though :).
